By subscribing to or using IPTV UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms periodically and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Subscription & Billing
All IPTV UK subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and number of connections (1–5). Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page. Activation occurs within minutes of payment confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions if technical issues prevent normal use and our support team cannot resolve them. A 24-hour free trial is also available before purchase. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after the trial period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use IPTV UK for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Reselling, redistributing, public broadcasting, or sharing credentials beyond your purchased connection count is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages caused by your ISP, device, network, or third-party content providers are outside our control. Channel lineup may change without notice based on availability.
